1. General Provisions
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the www.truckfashion.it website (hereinafter, "Site").
The use of the distance selling service described in these General Terms and Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business or professional activity.
The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
The Client is required to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions that have been made available on the Website, in order to allow them to be stored and reproduced by the Client pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003.
The contracts concluded with Truck Fashion Accessories by Halili Sonila. (as defined below) through the Website are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree")

3. Product Information
Information relating to the Products "Truck Fashion Accessories by Halili Sonila." that may be sold at a distance through the Site is available, with the relevant product codes, on the Site.
The above information is provided in accordance with articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
4. Use of the trademark
The use of the manufacturers' trademark is aimed solely at distinguishing the destination of the product as an accessory or spare parts, but does not indicate in any way the origin of the product itself, which is our exclusive design and manufacture.
5. Price
All prices are in Euros.
6. Order of Products
The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are set out in the offer for each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must fill in and send Halili Sonila Accessories to Truck Fashion. the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site.
The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate "shopping cart" and, after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery costs and the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, must select the desired payment method and choose the "send order" option.
By placing the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he/she has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that he/she fully accepts the General Conditions.
The Customer will be able to view and track the status of his order through the "Orders" area of his account.
Truck Fashion Accessories di Halili Sonila reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila will inform the Customer of any impossibility to accept the orders received within 60 days from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila and will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.
If the only sale option available is to request a quote, the customer will follow the same procedure as placing the products in the cart, but will not be bound to purchase once the commercial offer has been received.
7. Payment Methods
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by PayPal, credit card and bank transfer (for the latter within seven days).
Halili Sonila's Truck Fashion Accessories accepts payments made with the following credit cards:

• American Express
• Switch
• Only
• Diners
The transaction will be charged to the Client's credit card only after the
a. credit card details have been verified,
b. the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Client, and
c. the availability of the Product by Halili Sonila's Truck Fashion Accessories has been confirmed.
8. Confirmation of receipt of the order
In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Client receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, the confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal – with an indication of the times and methods for returning the goods – the geographical address to submit any complaints and the Information about existing sales support services and commercial warranties is automatically cancelled and the sale automatically cancelled.
9. Ineffectiveness of the order
No contract shall be considered concluded between Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila and the Client if Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila has reasonable grounds to believe that the Client does not operate on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in the purchase of the products ordered, or exercises in an abusive manner the right of withdrawal recognized by Article 12 below.
In such cases, the order placed by the Client shall be deemed to be null and void. Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila will send the Customer, by e-mail, a communication certifying the non-conclusion of the Contract, also taking care of the immediate refund of the amounts paid by the Customer relating to the order.
10. Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request the delivery of the products to a natural person of his/her choice, whose residence or domicile is located within the Italian territory.
For each order placed on the Site, Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila issues an invoice for the goods shipped, sending it by e-mail or post to the order holder, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
If there are delivery costs to be paid by the Customer, they will be highlighted on the Website and in the order form.
All purchases will be delivered by express courier chosen by Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Truck Fashion Accessories of Halili Sonila is not responsible for unforeseeable delays (e.g. strikes).
Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the Products have been shipped, in which the tracking number of the shipment will be specified through which it will be possible to view, after entering on the Courier's website, the status of the shipment.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila, unless Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila communicates – within the same term, by e-mail – the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods as a result of the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, Halili Sonila's Truck Fashion Accessories will reimburse any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.
In the event that, in the event that Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila notifies you of a delay in the delivery date, the Client wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the Client will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 60 (sixty) days from the day following the day on which the Client sent the order to Truck Fashion Accessori di Halili Sonila and in any case based on the timing of the payment method used for purchase by the customer.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order is required. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately disputed by means of a written check on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.
11. Right of withdrawal
Truck Fashion Accessories by Halili Sonila wants to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must send to the following address: truckfashion@libero.it a communication containing:
a. the expression of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code;
b. the indication of the Products for which the Client wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
c. the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
d. the data relating to the Client's bank account, only in the event that the Client has made the payment by bank transfer.
Such notice may be sent, and Truck Fashion Accessories by Truck Fashion Accessories by Halili Sonila reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Each delivery will contain easy instructions for the redelivery of the Products.
Truck Fashion Accessories di Halili Sonila undertakes to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 60 days from the date of return of the Products. Truck Fashion Accessories by Halili Sonila will send you an e-mail confirming the refund.
Halili Sonila Fashion Accessories will not be liable for refunds or compensation for Products that have been returned but have never been received by Truck Fashion Sonila Accessories due to loss, theft or damage that is not attributable to Truck Fashion Accessories di Halili Sonila.
If the Client wishes to modify or cancel the order submitted, he/she must promptly send an e-mail to the address truckfashion@libero.it. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified until the goods have been returned to Truck Fashion Accessories di Halili Sonila. In this case, reference is made to the return policy described above.
12. Lack of conformity
In the event of non-conformity of Products sold by Truck Fashion Accessories by Halili Sonila, the Customer must immediately contact Truck Fashion Accessories by Halili Sonila at the email address truckfashion@libero.it of Truck Fashion Accessories by Halili Sonila.
The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Client has the right to have the goods restored to conformity by repair or replacement at no cost or to terminate the contract. The Client loses these rights if he/she does not report the lack of conformity to Truck Fashion Accessories di Halili Sonila within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order.
13. Errors
The information relating to the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated.
However, it is not possible to guarantee that there will be no errors.
Truck Fashion Accessories di Halili Sonila reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed and also to change or update the information at any time without prior notice
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of Taranto.
